Very nice, change the lay half opcaity on the black in the center to give it more depth. You can do that with the sliders under blending options by holding down ATL.

Whoa... I've only had Photoshop for two months so I have NO clue what you just suggested. If you mean the black parts of the render I can't change the opacity on that without changing the opacity of the entire render. Also, it's "closer" to the viewer than the flames so it blocks out the light emitted by the fire which is why it's a solid black.

Yeah I had a background originally, but I wanted to maintain the theme of "Oblivion" or "Nothingness" It's more like an empty void with a portal into the depths of some chaotic hell.
